From my experience, these 2 quick and easy changes of what I put into my body have shown tremendous results when it comes to durability and performance on court.

I personally love individual workouts with coaches and trainers. I have always found that it greatly helps in developing areas in which I need to improve the most.

Furthermore, lots of tactics are also used on the defensive end with different coverages being called to stop good post players, to change to a full court press, or different screen coverages being used for certain players to limit the use of their strengths.
